What is Fee Free Mortgage Advice?

Fee Free Mortgage Advice doesn't mean that we don't get paid. It simply means that we don't charge any Broker Fees. We just accept the commission that the lender pay us for submitting the business to them and we don't charge anything extra.

You get the same level of Service and Advice as you would from a Mortgage Broker that charges fees, it just costs you that little bit less. This means that you are still getting the benefit of 'whole of market', but still getting the same products as going direct. It's also worth mentioning that sometimes we also get 'exclusive' deals that aren't available if you go direct.

WHO ARE WE?

We are Independent Mortgage & Insurance Advisers, based in West Yorkshire, mainly covering Brighouse, Huddersfield & Halifax. Established since 1993. We work on the basis of fee free Mortgage Advice for Mortgages and also Equity Release & Lifetime Mortgages.

WHY DOES THE LENDER PAY US?

We source you a mortgage from the 'Whole of Market' and when we have decided on the Lender and the Product, we submit the application and all the relevant documents that they request. If that lender had to get that piece of business, they would need to employ a qualified mortgage adviser to do the same thing, which is a cost to them. They simply pay us to do that instead. We are like 'Zero Hours' employees to lot's of lenders!

We have been offering Mortgage Advice now for over 25 years. We have always appreciated that people lead busy lives and so we have never operated on a 9 to 5 basis.

You have the option of coming to our office, or we can come to you, whether that be at home or work and it doesn't matter what time, we will fit in with you.

HOW FAR WILL WE TRAVEL?

Whilst we can sort your mortgage out over the phone and via email, we would rather meet up 'face to face' to make sure that we build the relationship. We don't want to sort your Mortgage and then disappear, as there will be times in the future where you will need Mortgage Advice and we want you to think of us first.
